Rameswaram (Tamil Nadu) [India], October 22 (ANI): Heavy rain lashed Rameswaram on Tuesday morning and the ncessant rainfall led to water logging on the roads of the city. The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted very heavy rainfall in the state. The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) has announced that a low-pressure area over the east-central Bay of Bengal is likely to develop into a cyclonic storm ‘Dana’ by October 23.
