The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has said Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State can’t stop the operation of the Eastern Security Network, ESN, in the state. IPOB said the deployment of soldiers to the Ogbaru Local Government Area of Anambra State was illegal and a waste of government resources.
