The Galaxy Tab S10 series could be Samsung‘s next premium tablet offering. The lineup may include more than one model, including an Ultra variant that will rival iPad Pro models. The 91mobiles resource exclusively spotted the global variant of the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra on the Geekbench platform. It reveals the test results and some key hardware specifications. The tablet has the model number SM-X926B.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has appeared in Geekbench

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra managed to score 2,141 points in the single-core round and 5,533 points in the multi-core segment.
  • In the Geekbench motherboard section, “gts10u” is mentioned, which may indicate the marketing name of the tablet: Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
  • The same marketing name and model number were previously confirmed in the database.
  • The Geekbench platform shows that the tablet will have 12 GB of RAM and will boot with Android 14, which should be covered with a custom OneUI shell.
  • The tablet will have an octa-core processor: four cores with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz, 3 cores with a clock speed of 2.85 GHz and one core with a clock speed of 3.40 GHz.
  • The source code of the Geekbench listing shows that the tablet will have a Mali-G720-Immortalis MC12 GPU, which could mean that it will be a Dimensity 9300+ SoC.
  • This listing confirms previous reports that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series will be powered by a MediaTek SoC.
  • This chipset will replace the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip inside the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.

The lineup is said to include the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Tab S10 Ultra. Although the standard S10 is not listed, it will also make its debut at the show. The MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ is based on TSMC’s 3rd generation 4nm process and is said to have been produced at around 23,00,000.

A recent leak suggested that the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will have the same design as its predecessor, including the same dimensions, i.e. 326.4 x 208.6 x 5.45 mm. The tablet is expected to feature four AKG-tuned speakers and a landscape-style front camera, just like the Tab S9 Ultra. The tablet may receive the same 14.6-inch display, and the chipset may be paired with 12GB/16GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of storage.

In terms of launch dates, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 will reportedly debut around the beginning of 2025 alongside the Galaxy S25 series. We will know more details soon.
