Three fire engines were called out after a car got stuck on an embankment. Pictures show crews and police at the scene in Farleigh Road, Canterbury, at about 11am on Sunday morning. A grey Ford Kuga can be seen perched precariously at a 45-degree angle on the verge. A fire service spokesman said: “Three fire engines attended, and crews secured the vehicle to allow the occupants to get out.” There were no reported injuries. Kent Police also attended but a spokesman said there was nothing further to add.
