Sen. Joe Manchin (I-W. VA) is considering challenging Kamala Harris for the nomination, according to multiple news reports. President Joe Biden announced earlier on Sunday that he would “stand down” from his campaign, ultimately endorsing his vice president, Kamala Harris, as the next U.S. president. That led Trump to whine, and attempt to change the terms of an upcoming debate.
