Bay Saint Louis (Miss.) St. Stanislaus kicker Evan Noel committed to Arkansas on Oct. 21 of last year. One of the best kickers in the nation, Noel ranks No. 5 at his position in the On3 Industry Ranking. Eleven months later, Noel has set a new Mississippi high school football record after making a 61-yard field goal in the Rock-a-Chaws’ 47-10 loss Friday night.
