A village church group got a pleasant surprise from youngsters when they were the recipients of an act of kindness. The Friends of Walpole St Andrew, who keep the village church open and dusted, received a visit from pupils from the Anthony Curton Primary School. The Year Reception and Year 1 children were walking around the village posting notes of kindness into people’s letterboxes. Some children chose to hand their little notes of kindness to the volunteers, which they all thought was “a truly lovely thing to do”.
