Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government has directed several top officials to vacate their current ministerial bungalows in preparation for the formation of a new cabinet next month. The order, issued by Alok Kumar, IRS, Principal Secretary to the Government, has been issued for the allocation of these quarters for incoming ministers. In Government Order No. 222 EST(KMR) of 2024, nine senior officers currently residing in these bungalows have been asked to move out to make way for the new ministers.
