The Delta State Police Command has arrested a suspected cultist negotiating to buy an AK-47 rifle for N1.3 million. Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday. The Police image maker said the suspect, who is a member of the Vikings Confraternity, has confessed to the crime.
