Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic could have ended up at another Premier League club last summer. Chelsea signed Djordje Petrovic from New England Revolution in a £14m deal (Sky Sports). However, according to The Telegraph, the Blues had to see off competition from Nottingham Forest and Brentford to land the 24-year-old. Petrovic was brought in to provide cover for Robert Sanchez, and he has had to do that following the Spaniard’s injury.
