CLEARWATER, Fla. \- Clearwater Police detectives arrested Treco De’Andre Miller, 27, on Saturday for second-degree murder following a fatal shooting at his apartment. According to police, Miller and the victim, Isaiah Fields, 24, were involved in an argument at Miller’s residence in the presence of mutual acquaintances.
