Two motorists who avoided disqualification after driving offences are among the latest cases from our area to come before Nottingham Magistrates’ Court. Stevie Bower, 41, of Tolney Lane, Newark, pleaded guilty to speeding and was sentenced during a hearing on April 16. Bower drove a Ford at 43mph on Southwell Road West, Mansfield, on August 21, 2023. The limit was 30mph. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £170.
