Chelsea have a very young team and Darren Bent has now questioned the mentality of one of their players. Their inexperience was once again on display over the weekend as Chelsea went on to lose 1-0 against Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-finals. The Blues had the better chances on the day but could not get over the line in the end. According to The xG Philosophy, Chelsea’s xG was 1.29, which was higher than City’s 0.86. Nicolas Jackson had a lot of his side’s chances but failed to convert. Mauricio Pochettino, however, still thinks the striker has done a “fantastic job” overall this season….
