Arsenal are now the dominant football power in London, above their rivals Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur. However, Mikel Arteta has said something interesting about Chelsea and their new owners ahead of his side’s game against the Blues tonight. Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital have come in for a lot of criticism since taking over Chelsea. Under their ownership, Arsenal’s London rivals finished 12th in the Premier League last season and are currently in ninth a year later.
