Ukrainian forces carried out a series of drone strikes during the night of October 21-22, targeting distilleries in Russia believed to produce materials for the Russian military. According to Tula Oblast Governor Dmitry Milyaev, the strikes damaged distilleries in the towns of Yefremov and Luzhlovsky. Russian opposition outlet Astra reported that the drone strikes in Yefremov also caused damage to nearby Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) and Federal Security Service (FSB) buildings.
