Karnal (Haryana) [India], July 23 (ANI): Two men were arrested after they ran over a policeman at a checkpost in the Karnal district of Haryana on Monday. According to the Superintendent of Police of Karnal, Mohit Handa, the incident took place around 3:30 in the morning at one of the checkposts on Kachhwa Road in Karnal.
