A Georgia judge ruled Monday that divorce records for special prosecutor Nathan Wade have been improperly sealed. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis hired Wade to assist in her sprawling racketeering case against Donald Trump and his allies for their roles in trying to overturn his 2020 election loss, and his estranged wife’s attorney wants to question Willis about an alleged relationship between her and the attorney as part of the divorce case, reported The Messenger.
