German international Florian Wirtz will not make his future at Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen dependent on that of coach Xabi Alonso. “I am not tying my path to his,” Wirtz told Saturday’s edition of Der Spiegel news magazine. “It’s extremely important to me that I have such a good relationship with him.
