Leading figures from Germany and France want to promote tolerance in Europe as well as peace and integration in the Middle East with a joint project. The “Committee to Combat Anti-Semitism and Xenophobia in Europe and to Promote Peace and Regional Integration in the Middle East” will be headed by the former premier of the German state of North Rhine Westphalia and member of the Bundestag Armin Laschet as well as Leah Pisar and Joel Herzog from Project Aladdin.
