At least 11 people died after a landslide buried a number of houses in a village in the south-western Chinese province of Yunnan, state news reported on Tuesday. Rescue workers found 11 bodies in the rubble, state news agency Xinhua reported citing the authorities. The search for survivors continues. Some 18 houses in the village of Liangshui, which is located in the north-east of Yunnan province and has a population of a few thousand, were buried by a landslide on Monday.
