An emaciated terrier dog that was so weak it struggled to stand was found abandoned in a crate. The female Patterdale terrier was discovered in Park Wood in Maidstone by a member of the public on Sunday afternoon (August 18). She was taken to the vets and is being given treatment for a skin condition. The terrier, who was named Sprout by vets, is around one to two years old and was not microchipped.
