Europe’s Alexander Zverev belied apparent illness to fight back and beat Team World’s Frances Tiafoe as the Laver Cup went into a final singles match on Sunday. Zverev wowed his home fans in Berlin after battling to a 6-7 (5-7) 7-5, (10-5) victory in a match tie-break. On Saturday he had lost to Taylor Fritz and complained of fever.
