The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has announced the arrest of Henos Joseph, 34, of Miami, for petition fraud related to the casino gaming initiative, “Limited Authorization of Casino Gaming.” Joseph, a paid petition circulator, is accused of submitting fraudulent signatures on behalf of deceased individuals.
