TAMPA, Fla. \- Tampa police are investigating a crash that left a woman with serious injuries Monday night. The incident occurred around 10:00 PM on East Hillsborough Avenue near North 17th Street. According to investigators, an adult female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. The woman was transported to Tampa General Hospital with significant injuries. The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
