A town will remember its fallen heroes with a military parade and a two-minute silence. Maidstone’s Remembrance Sunday commemorations will begin at 10.30am on Sunday, November 10. A parade, including servicemen from 36 Engineer Regiment and the Queen’s Gurkha Engineers along with civilian detachments, will march from Week Street, along the High Street and over Maidstone Bridge to the War Memorial at The Broadway.
