Two arrests have been made following the attack at a venue near Moscow which left dozens of people dead and injured, a Russian lawmaker says. According to Russian State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein, two arrests were made after the suspected getaway vehicle was stopped with weapons inside in the Bryansk region. Khinshtein made the announcement via his Telegram channel on Saturday.
