Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has a plan to incarcerate Attorney General Merrick Garland if he does not turn over tapes of President Joe Biden’s interview with special counsel Robert Hur. After two contempt resolutions against Garland passed out of committees, Republican leadership said they planned to press all their members to vote for contempt in the full House.
