The former Newark Wetherspoon pub will go up for auction this week with a guide price of £300,000-£350,000. The Sir John Arderne, which closed in August 2023, will feature among 240 other properties and plots of land in the next online live-streamed sale to be held by SDL Property Auctions, part of property group Eddisons, on September 26.
