German national railway Deutsche Bahn will not ask the courts to block an upcoming six-day strike by the GDL train drivers’ union that is expected to severely impact rail service across the country. “After legal examination, there are currently no plans to obtain an injunction,” Deutsche Bahn said on Monday, hours after GDL leaders announced plans for the strike.
