The Atlantic City Aquarium is taking a step toward reopening for the first time in nearly four years with newly acquired money that will fund an exterior overhaul of the building. The aquarium, on North New Hampshire Avenue in Garden’s Basin at the city’s northern end, has been closed since the COVID-19 pandemic.
