A 21-year-old Jersey City man has been charged with stabbing another man in the chest after he was confronted while trying to break into parked vehicles in Hoboken last weekend, authorities said. Randy Barrett Jr. was arrested Wednesday after he turned himself into Hoboken police headquarters, city public safety spokeswoman Marci Rubin said.
