Two teenagers have been arrested following a reported hit-and-run which left a woman with serious head injuries. The victim was walking in Crow Lane, Rochester, at around 12.25am this morning when she was involved in a collision with a blue Ford Eco Sport car. The driver of the car is reported to have left the area following the incident. Emergency services were called and the victim, a woman in her 30s, was taken to a London hospital where she was treated for head injuries. She remains in hospital in a stable condition.
