German engineering giant Siemens is to equip the entire suburban rail network in Copenhagen with autonomous driving technology for trains. The German company announced a major order on Monday for the upgrading of 170 kilometres of track and the delivery of the necessary technology for 226 new trains. The trains themselves are not part of the current order.
