In its weekly voxpop, the Advertiser asked people’s opinions on non-Newark residents not being able to be buried at the cemetery. At a Newark Town Council meeting, councillors decided only Newark residents will be allowed to be buried at the cemetery – unless there are exceptional circumstances.
