By Tom Dierberger Philadelphia Eagles chief security officer Dom DiSandro’s appeal of his ban from the sidelines and $100,000 fine was denied by the NFL on Friday, according to Rob Maaddi of The Associated Press. Luckily for DiSandro, the Eagles covered the $100,000 fine, as is custom for teams to do so for their staffers. DiSandro famously was involved in a scuffle with San Francisco 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw during the Eagles’ 42–19 loss on Dec. 3.
