The Lebanese militant group Hezbollah said late Monday that it fired dozens of rockets at an army post in northern Israel. The Shiiti militia said that the attack was in retaliation for Israeli shelling and airstrikes on Lebanese villages. Israel said there were no casualties among its forces. It said warplanes retaliated by striking the launch base from which the rockets were fired.
