A museum in the hometown of renowned German modernist painter Otto Dix will launch a new multi-year exhibition of his work beginning in October. The show in the eastern German city of Gera, titled “Otto Dix: Trust Your Eyes,” will include around 50 paintings and 35 watercolours as well as drawings by Dix at the Orangerie Gera, a city-owned art exhibition space in a baroque palace garden.
