A Kent man is due to appear in court charged with multiple sex offences. Lee Chilman is accused of trying to get a child between the age of 13 and 15 to look at an image of sexual activity and grooming a girl under 16. The 46-year-old, of Maidstone Road, Rochester, is also charged with arranging the commission of an offence of sexual activity with a child. He was arrested following an investigation by the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU) and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
