Taraba State government has officially banned all motorcycles in Jalingo, the state capital. It has imposed time restrictions on tricycles, allowing their movement only between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. The decision was disclosed in a statement from the office of the Secretary to the State Government, SSG. He said it was aimed at curbing criminal activities associated with the misuse of motorcycles and tricycles.
