Tokyo stocks were mixed in early trading Thursday with technology stocks climbing following U.S. chipmaker Nvidia Corp.’s robust earnings, but some caution prevailed after the latest Federal Reserve minutes suggested interest rates could remain high for longer. In the first 15 minutes of trading, the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average rose 27.05 points, or 0.07 percent, from Wednesday to 38,644.15.
