A federal judge this week ordered former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani to turn over real estate and luxury possessions to two former Georgia election workers who sued him for defamation. In a 24-page order on Tuesday, Judge Lewis Liman said Giuliani must place the property in receivership controlled by Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. Giuliani owes the women $150 million after a judge determined they were defamed following the 2020 presidential election.
