As sports fans flock to Paris for the 2024 Summer Olympics, Stansted Airport is highlighting the other French destinations hosting part of the games. The XXXIII Olympiad officially kicks off on Friday (July 26) with an opening ceremony in the capital, although some competitions start on Wednesday (July 24). Bordeaux will host football from July 24 to August 2 and there are direct Ryanair flights from Stansted. Chateauroux is the venue for shooting from July 27 to August 5 and is an hour away by train from the airport at Limoges, served by Ryanair. The low-cost carrier also flies to Marseille. …
