ASUS has officially announced the pricing and availability of the ROG Zephyrus 16 Air Ryzen AI Edition gaming laptop. This laptop, which will be released on July 28, is equipped with a powerful processor and graphics options for demanding games.
Users can choose between NVIDIA RTX 4060 or 4070 variants
It is based on the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 mobile processor with 12 Zen 5 cores, integrated RDNA 3 graphics, and a special XDNA 2 GPU for artificial intelligence tasks. The laptop is equipped with 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7500 RAM and two slots for M.2 2280 SSDs, one of which supports PCIe 4.0 speed.
For graphics, users can choose between the NVIDIA RTX 4060 or 4070 variants, both of which have 105W TGP and the ability to work with NPUs for combined AI processing power.
ASUS equips the Zephyrus 16 Air Ryzen AI Edition with ROG Glacier Cooling 3.0 to manage heat during intense gaming sessions.
Despite its power, the laptop retains a portable design. The aircraft aluminum case is 14.9 mm thick and weighs 1.85 kg. On the side of the laptop is a backlight with preset effects and a customizable LED matrix.
The display is a 16-inch 2.5K OLED panel with a refresh rate of 240 Hz, 500 nits brightness, and a response time of 0.2 ms. It also supports color gamut switching for different viewing needs.
In addition to the main features, the Zephyrus 16 Air Ryzen AI Edition boasts a glass touch panel with a refresh rate of 240 Hz, a keyboard with RGB backlighting and 1.7 mm key travel, a 1080p camera with Windows Hello support, and a 6-speaker audio system.
The laptop is equipped with a 90 Wh battery, a range of ports including USB4 and HDMI 2.1, Wi-Fi 7 for fast wireless connectivity, and 100W PD fast charging.
