The third accused shooter in a homicide at a South Jersey apartment complex has surrendered to police nine days after he was charged. Angel A. Aguero, 31, of Vineland, turned himself in at the Passaic Police Department on Friday morning, the Cumberland County Prosecutors Office said. He had been considered a fugitive since March 13, when he was charged with murder and weapons offenses for his alleged involvement in the shooting.
