It seems that the brand is preparing to introduce a budget TWS in the Nord line – OnePlus Nord Buds 3r. MySmartPrice spotted OnePlus E511A TWS on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification site, which could be the Nord Buds 3r. Take a look at the details.
The FCC listing of the OnePlus Nord Buds 3r shows that the headphones will be equipped with a 58 mAh battery. This is a significant increase compared to the Nord Buds 2r headphones, which feature a 36 mAh battery. This means that Nord Buds 3r should provide better battery life than its predecessor.
The TWS case will be equipped with a 440 mAh battery, which is surprisingly 40 mAh less than its predecessor. The headphones and charging case have model numbers 112570 and 761832-B1, respectively.
The FCC listing also shows a cross-section of the charging case, suggesting that the headphones will be placed vertically inside the case, similar to the first-generation OnePlus Buds.
Apart from that, the listing doesn’t reveal anything about the upcoming OnePlus Nord Buds 3r model. However, we can expect it to appear on other certificates before its debut, which could come along with the Nord 4 in the coming weeks. So, stay tuned for more details.
