US President Joe Biden has transferred his authority over the Ukraine Support Act to the US Treasury and State Departments, according to the White House. Biden delegates to US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Secretary of State Antony Blinken his functions and powers under certain sections of the Restoring Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act.
