Kentucky Track & Field hurdler Alexander Chukwukelu won the 110-meter hurdles at the Nigerian Outdoor Championships on Monday in Benin City, his first international title. The freshman out of Forney, Texas ran a 13.82 in the preliminary rounds last Sunday, followed by a 13.92 on Monday to take gold.
