A man is wanted by police for failing to attend court after being charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentional strangulation and engaging in controlling/coercive behaviour. Karl Anthony Cook had previously been charged with these crimes following incidents in the Bishops Green area in January 2023. He failed to attend Basingstoke Magistrates Court on December 18, 2023 and is now wanted by Hampshire police.
