A MAN has been sent to the crown court accused of intentionally strangling a woman. David Wogan is also charged with a range of related offences in Hungerford. The 30-year-old, of Woodlark Road, Winterbourne, appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, August 13.
