Rochester United won a thriller at the weekend to beat Lordswood in the FA Vase. Matt Hume’s side were three goals down at the break against Medway rivals Lords but stormed back in the second half to lead 4-3, conceded another late on, before winning on penalties. Tom Loynes scored the winning spot-kick to send Rochester through to the second round of the national competition for the first time.
